Any broker can put a glowing quote on its own website and choose which ones you see. Trustpilot works differently. The reviews come from real customers, the broker can’t quietly delete the awkward ones, and you can read how a company replies when something hasn’t gone to plan. How we treat feedback
We’d rather hear a problem than have it sit quietly in a one-star review, so we ask every customer for an honest account and we read the ones that sting as closely as the ones that flatter.
