Charity-status hospitals and hospices

Hospices and some private hospitals operate as registered charities and qualify for the reduced 5% VAT rate plus CCL relief on the charitable proportion of supply. The supplier needs the VAT declaration form to apply it. We submit it alongside the contract so the lower rate kicks in on day one of the new supply.
